A couple weeks ago I went to a lecture and demonstration of
Ukiyo-e (pictures of the Floating World) and Japanese woodblock printing at the Victoria & Albert Museum. It was free so there's another reason to love this museum.
Look at this super precisely laid out printing setup.

At the end of it all I got to have a quick go at printing a little piece of Hokusai's
The Great Wave. I guess I'm not destined to be a great printmaker.
